Assorted tin box (Croccantino +Minuto + Pralines) 400g - 14 oz

An elegant tin box decorated with an aquarelle postcard representing our town and our artisanal production. It contains 12 chocolate bars, 24 assorted Minutos and 6 assorted pralines. The tin box has been decorated by Paolo Cristofoletti, a Roman artist that represented in a romantic way San Marco dei Cavoti, our artisanal production site and Autore products. The paper bend around the box, once removed, it can be sent as postcard.

The best pairings could be with coffee, passito sweet wine and premium spirits (whisky, rhum, cognac).

Keep in a dry place away form heat sources (ideally 15°-18° C) to avoid blooming.

 INGREDIENTS:

Croccantino: Sugar (35%), HAZELNUTS (20%), ALMONDS (15%). Covering (30%): cocoa beans, sugar, pure cocoa butter, cocoa (Min.62%), emulsifier (SOY lecithin), natural vanilla extract. 

Honey and Raisin: Sugar (25%) ,HAZELNUTS (15%), ALMONDS (13%), raisin (12%), honey (5%). Covering (30%): cocoa beans, sugar, pure cocoa butter, cocoa (Min.62%), emulsifier (SOY lecithin), natural vanilla extract.

Honey and Figs: Sugar (25%) , HAZELNUTS (15%), ALMONDS (13%), figs (12%), honey 5%) . Covering (30%): cocoa beans, sugar, pure cocoa butter, cocoa (Min.62%), emulsifier (SOY lecithin), natural vanilla extract.

Gianduia: Sugar, HAZELNUTS, ALMONDS, HAZELNUT PASTE, cocoa mass,cocoa but ter , cocoa (min 26.5%). Covering (30%): cocoa beans, sugar, pure cocoa butter, cocoa (Min.62%), emulsifier (SOY lecithin), natural vanilla extract. 

Gianduia Coffee: Sugar, HAZELNUTS,ALMONDS, HAZELNUT PASTE, cocoa mass,cocoa butter,cocoa (min 26.5%), coffee powder. Covering (30%): cocoa beans, sugar, pure cocoa butter, cocoa (Min.62%), emulsifier (SOY lecithin), natural vanilla extract. 

Mint: ALMONDS, sugar , glucose, powdered sugar, fondant sugar,cons. E202, mint syrup. Covering (30%): cocoa beans, sugar, pure cocoa butter, cocoa (Min.62%), emulsifier (SOY lecithin), natural vanilla extract.

It may contain traces of SHELL FRUIT, MILK, EGGS and PEANUTS.

Minuto Croccantino: Sugar (35%), HAZELNUTS (20%), ALMONDS (15%). Covering (30%): cocoa beans, sugar, pure cocoa butter, cocoa (Min.62%), emulsifier (SOY lecithin), natural vanilla extract.

Minuto Pistachio: PISTACHIO (35%), sugar, sea salt. Covering: (29%) Dark Chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOY lecithin), natural vanilla extract - 62% cocoa minimum, pure cocoa butter, milk chocolate (sugar, butter cocoa (cocoa minimum 39%), WHOLE MILK POWDER, cocoa beans, emulsifier (SOY lecithin), natural vanilla extract). 

Minuto Mandarine: Sugar , cocoa butter , Cocoa (minimum 30.9 %) ,whole MILK powder , cocoa, pasta ,emulsifier : SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavor , mandarin skin ,sugar , glucose . Covering (Min.Cocoa 62%): Cocoabeans, sugar , butter ,emulsifier (SOY lecithin ) ,natural vanilla extract .

Minuto Red Current: White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa Min. 35%, WHOLE MILK POWDER emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla extract), Red currents 20% (red currants, sugar, glucose syrup). Covering: White Chocolate 30% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa Min. 35%, whole MILK powder emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla extract).
